Challenge
Building a full live music experience from scratch with no existing audience, no band, and no blueprint. Every decision, from the name to the lighting to the promotional strategy, had to be made from zero.
Solution
Recruited and managed 10+ musicians, developed the full brand identity and creative vision, produced 5+ live shows end to end, and built the promotional strategy that brought audiences in. Nandi Flame is a live experience designed to make people stop and feel something.
