I’m Cherop Soi, a senior at Vanderbilt studying Human and Organizational Development. My work lives at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and strategy. I've founded a band, grown a social community to 2,000+ students, and built a profitable e-commerce business, all from zero. The through line: I notice something worth building, and I build it.
I'm interested in roles where understanding culture is the job, not the bonus.
